About BioAgeIQ

Our Mission

BioAgeIQ exists to help people understand their biological age and make evidence-based decisions about supplements and longevity tools. The supplement industry is worth billions and filled with marketing noise — we cut through it with independent analysis grounded in peer-reviewed research.

We believe that understanding your biological age — not just the number of years you've lived — is one of the most actionable things you can do for your long-term health. Our goal is to make that science accessible, practical, and free from commercial bias.

Editorial Standards

Every claim on BioAgeIQ is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We link to primary sources — not press releases or brand websites. When the evidence is mixed or preliminary, we say so. When a product doesn't live up to its marketing claims, we say that too.

We update our content when new research is published. Dates at the top of each article reflect the most recent review. We never accept payment to change a rating, alter editorial conclusions, or publish sponsored content without clear disclosure.

Our review process: we purchase products ourselves where possible, cross-reference ingredient formulas against published clinical data, and score on a 10-point scale weighted for evidence quality, bioavailability, third-party testing, and value.
