About BioAgeIQ

BioAgeIQ is a technical reference for published methods used to estimate biological age, plus calculators when a method has a stable open formula.

What we publish

Structured method records: inputs, sample type, output, original publication, validation population and limitations.
Side-by-side views generated from those same records.
In-browser calculators whose coefficients, units and test vectors can be locked and checked.

What we do not publish

BioAgeIQ is not a product-review site. We do not publish product ratings, supplement protocols, top-pick lists, paid placements or shopping recommendations.

Method and source policy

Each method page is generated from one structured record. Corrections belong in that record, so repeated facts change together. Claims are tied to the original publication or another identified primary source, and limitations are shown alongside the method rather than hidden in a general disclaimer.

PhenoAge implementation

The PhenoAge calculator and method page are generated from the same locked contract for coefficients, clinical units, input order, CRP handling and limitations. Independent reference vectors are checked during every build. Calculator inputs stay in the browser.

Scope: BioAgeIQ explains published methods. It does not diagnose disease, interpret an individual's laboratory results or replace clinical advice.

Corrections

If a citation, unit, coefficient or limitation appears wrong, use the contact page. Factual corrections take priority over expansion.
